JMSReceiver component -- Database connection lost

 Hi,
We are getting "Database Connection Lost" error for JMSReceiver component in our environments. We tried setting component parameter
"OM Model Cache Maximum" to "0" but still no luck.

We know that our firewall timeout is 6hr which is the cause of the issue, one alternative is to increase the firewall time-out but that will not be correct fix.

Is there any way in Siebel where we can make the db connection as alive, by setting some parameter?

Please share any ideas if you might have come across this situation before.
