Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Friends,

I need to customize the Customer LOV in sales order form in Order management.

The Lov is displayed in this sequence Customer-->RegistyID--> Customer#

but we need the sequence to be Customer-->Customer#-->RegistyID

I have followed the personalization mentioned in the below link.However it did not help.
