tax rate area

Hello,

In Belgium and France we have to apply differnt tax rate areas for different types of sales orders.

Eg : goods, services, within the own country, export to other EC-coutnries,...

For each  Tax rate area I have to print another message on the sales invoices, referring to another article + paragraph in the tax legislation.

 How can I link a certain message to a certain tax rate area ?
