Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. When a location is end dated, attachments are no longer visible-they effectively disappear.

If the "To" date is removed (effectively making the location available again), the attachments are visible.

Is this expected functionality because I need to be able to see attachments even when the location has been end dated?
