Is there a way to know which files will be modified by a certain Patch Set (having downloaded it) ?

Hi all,
well everything is in the title... I am looking for a way to know what files will / are / were modified due to the installation of this or that Patch Set, but without having to actually install it and look after the .PatchNumber.bak files.

Is there an easy way to do that ?
