Server certificate and private key issue for CTD on HTTPS

 Hi,
We are trying to implement HTTPS for CTD component and the certificate which was generated for CTD using keytool is not working on F5 where it needs to be installed.
Can you please let me know how to get the server certificate and private key for CTD enabled on HTTPS?
