applying patch returns an error

Dears,

I apply patch 9718577:R12.AP.B but not  complete successfully Because  displaying the following :

FAILED: file ap_out_of_sync_checks_sel.sql on worker  1

 

Please help me to slove this  error, as soon as possible,please see below.
