MAILS STUCK IN EMAIL CENTER PRE-PROCESSING IEM_RT_PREPROC_EMAILS

Hello Experts

Good morning. I found a patch 13797286 to resolve the below issue.

MAILS STUCK IN EMAIL CENTER PRE-PROCESSING IEM_RT_PREPROC_EMAILS

Q: We have around 500 mails stuck in REROUTE msg_status in IEM_RT_PREPROC_EMAILS. Would applying the patch progress the messages and make the stuck mails appear in the queue? We dont want that to happen since these are resolved manually by copy/past back to inbox instead of re-route. How to clean up stuck ones?
