Intercompany transactions

Hi,

Create Intercompany AR in OU1 is not picking any records, Checked setups, checked for Intercompany relations etc..between OU1(sHIPPING) to OU2 (SELLING) ORGS.

This is not IR/ISO though, this is just booking Sales orderIN OU2 (SELLING ORG) but shipping from OU1 org. The order line type though is Bill only flow, so no Inventory transaction.

I tried with order line type as 'Bill only with Inventory Interface, but same result. This is for software parts where no inventory is involved from business viewpoint,

Any help appreciated,
