How to interface third-party global forecast to ASCP?

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question
Our client has global forecast data generated by a legacy application (item demands met by multiple orgs/warehouses). Since EBS MRP Forecasts mandatorily require Organization-code / Organization-id, the option of EBS forecast interface (a.ka. the local forecast interface) automatically gets ruled out. Given there no global forecast interface from EBS side, we need an approach or functionality to take this global forecast as input to ASCP. 

1. Where is a place-holder in ASCP/Planning instance for a third-party global forecast data?

2. Can an ASCP plan take a third-party global forecast as an input schedule?

Any urgent/quick help would be highly appreciated.
