Opening Forms in Smart View failing with "Argument folderName in the request is an empty string or N

Hi,

We have a couple of forms that we can't open in Smart View from the webform - Smart View opens, but then we get the "Argument folderName in the request is an empty string or NULL."  I can open other forms in Smart View in this Planning application - out of the nine forms, 3 of them won't open in Smart View.  All 3 of the forms are composite, but I'm able to open composite forms in Smart View in other applications (Revenue Impact form in PlnSamp for example).  Is there something missing in the form?
