Edit Find Releases Window - PO Releases

In the PO Releases form in Purchasing, we have noticed that the Find Releases screen cannot display all the fields by default without resizing the window.  How can I personalize the screen so that either the window is longer, some of the fields are shorter, or the Release field comes before the operating unit.  I have changed the lengths on other fields before, but can't seem to find how to update fields within the Find Releases screen.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
