Restrict Access to Bank Details on Invoice Workbench and Payments Workbench

We need to secure this data so that it is not visible to the general population.  Is there any way to restrict access to the bank details in the Invoice Workbench "Payments" tab and the Payments Workbench?    Thanks, Jen
