Weblogic Agile application server IP address change

Does anybody have and want to share the steps on how to change the IP address of the Agile application server running in Weblogic 10.3.2?  The application server is not clustered the DB and filemangers are on other servers and are not impacted by the IP change. 

I found one that has the steps but it is a 2009 version and it is OAS.
