1117126.1 for SSO and non SSO users

I have a question about 1117126.1 document that does SSO version between Siebel and BI Publisher. I have Internal employees that use SSO for Siebel and Customers will use non-SSO version of Siebel.Can I achieve SSO and non SSO with BI Publisher with one BI Publisher? Or do I need 2 instances of BI Publisher with Siebel for SSO and non SSO? Can someone share a document or steps for SSO  Integration between Siebel and OBIEE11G(BI Publisher)?
