Customer Creation through API in R12.1.3

HI
I had created customer through API templates

After creation of customer I could not find them in Receivables>>Customer>>Customer form

Although these customer are appearing in AR Transactions workbench and also in Order Management form but they do not appear in Customer Master immediately some times they appear in Customer master after Hours why?
