Row level security in RPM

Hi Experts,

I wanted to know if we can implement Oracle row level security in RPM? 

Let us take one rec in RPM_PRICE_CHANGE table, if the RPM_PRICE_CHANGE.EFFECTIVE_DATE – RPM_SYSTEM_OPTIONS.PRICE_CHANGE_PROCESSING_DAYS is < 10; this record should not be displayed to the front end user which logs in through SSO.

Is this doable? Please guide me to any documents or references?
