How to deassign employee?

Dear All,

Proviouslly employee AAwas assigned to me but now I changed the user and creating the requisiiton from iprocurement and I am seeing that in the requestor fied new employee name is coming but when I see the preparer name then same previous AA is showing. What is the reason behind it? Is there any profile option by which ny user is assgned with that employee?
