Sales order line re-opened after cancellation

Hi All,

A sale order line was cancelled by a user, later on the same line was re-opened from status 980-525.

The line was re-opened through program P42950 during daily sleeper run.

Please help me to know how this line was re-opened due to this program P42950 or let me know in which possiblities a sales order line can be re-opened.
