URGENT: "Reports to" / "Manager Alias" field shows complete hierarchy values?

Dear All,
I have made a report based on "usage tracking analysis" in which I found that the field 'Reports to' is showing the values of his/her whole hierarchy (It seems to be default setting for this field). I want the field to show-up the name of user's direct respective reporting manager ONLY. 

Can any formula be applied on "Reports to" field like it should show-up the value of his direct manager only i.e. user's reporting level + 1 (Like "Reporting Level" + 1)?

Currently report have these fields: username, role, reports to, business vertical and status.

Quick response will be highly appreciated.
