Formula in Promotion Modifier

Hi All,

I am trying to define a promotion with the following conditions

If the customer buys Item A > 3 Ea and Item B > 2 Ea, then give item C at 10% of the total value of the sales order

I was trying to define the promotion modifier and in the Define Details form, in the Get Part I am not able to define any formulas?

If anyone can tell me how this can be setup that would be of great help.
