Subledger Period Close Exceptions report showing records with status 'Final'

Hi,

I am suffering an urgent issue here while closing AR for the previous month.

We are trying to close the period in AR, but some records remain untransfered receipts with status 'Final'. We tried 'Create Accounting' again and also launched 'Transfer Journals to GL' in Cash management again. Still the records remain.

I found some notes on Metalink suggesting we should run patch 8833144, but is there any other way to submit these records?

Chekcing the records in XLA_AE_HEADERS AEH, but cant find anything out of ortrdinary.

We are on R12.1.2

PLs help us out on this one.
