Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Do we need to apply patch in both server in a multi-node environment.

 Hi Benny,
Welcome to patching community !!!

Issue:

we have 2 Server which are solaris.

Server 1 : Database and Concurrent
Server 2 : Web/Form/Other Server.

We would like to know if we apply the adpatch, Do we need to apply in both server? some vendor told us that we only need to apply to Server 2 and all the files will sync to server 1.  Is it true?
