Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Iam working on the OTM Implementaion of 6.3 Can any one guide what will be minimum requirements to do the OTM 6.3

Please advice me and guide me to work on this installation part
