Folders on Invoice Summary Window

Hello:

We upgraded form 11.5.10.2 and the folder we upgraded are now returning all values instead of the invoices per the where clause in the query.  The query used by the folder is working in sql developer, but not when executed with the folder.  Has anyone seen this before?
