By Customer Interface feature can we loading Customer Bank accounts and Payment Methods for existenc

Hi
We need to enter Customer Bank Accounts and Payment methods for existence  customers, can we use the interfaces tables RA_CUSTOMER_BANKS_INT_ALL for banks accounts and RA_CUST_PAY_METHOD_INT_ALL to do that ?
