PROACTIVE HOWTO How to solve .odf files failing during patching

Created this thread to provide the steps needed to solve .odf files failing during patch.

Everybody is welcome to input new advises.

In patch log you will see errors like:

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:
FAILED: file <filename>.odf on worker 1
