Step to move to Siebel 8.2.2.3 from Siebel 8.2.2.2

 Hi,   
We are upgraded from Siebel SEA 8.1.1.7 to Siebel 8.2.2.
then applied 8.2.2.2 patch.
Now we want to move to Siebel 8.2.2.3 .
My question are what are step step to upgrade from Siebel 8.2.2.2 to 8.2.2.3

As per latest upgrade guide
Chaptor : 14   Performing the Siebel Incremental Repository Merge
is this only step I need perform to move to 8.2.2.3 in addition to installing 8.2.2.3 path?
