How to resume normal boot after -m milestone=none boot option?

In How to Boot a System Without Starting Any Services, step 7 says, "Continue the normal boot process.".
My question is: How?

In particular, my console-login:default didn't start with svcadm milestone all.
To get it back online is a reboot the only way? (note that the boot had the option -m milestone=none for troubleshooting learning).
