Migrating database from WE8ISO8859P15 to UTF-8

Hi,
My customer is having source database which is in WE8ISO8859P15. We are asked to migrate this database into UTF8 character set.
Could you please suggest the steps to achieve it, also could you please specify what are the pro's and constraints in converting from WE8ISO8859P15 to UTF8 character set.
