name associated to blanket release when creating blanket releases from ASCP planned orders

For our organization the Buyer sets up the Blanket Agreement and the Planner does the releases. This is logical if you think about why Blankets are being used. Only the buyers can set prices for the Blanket Agreement so there name is on the agreement. However our planners determine when to make the releases in line with MRP suggestions and follow up on the shipments from the Suppliers. The planners wish to be able to Query up the releases that they have done but have no logical way to do this because their name is not associated to the release.
