Purchase Value in Month end

Hello,

I'm using 12.1.3 and would like to know if there is a process to know the Total value of Purchases in the end of the month? I have definied an account but goes to that account  purchases, returns, corrections and stocks values, so the value in that account is not only purchases. 

Any one kowns a process to determine the total value of Purchases in month end?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
