Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hello,

Is any way to change default Form Name in application?

E.g. P5501 is having two forms W5501A and W5501B. If I delete form W5501B and try to create new form then FDA assign new form name as W5501C.

Is any way to change name of W5501C to W5501B?
