Error in Bank Account Creation API

 Hello Team,
Iam facing Error with Bank Account Creation API.
It is occurring once in a while,

Error:
Printing  iby_ext_bankacct_pub.create_ext_bank_acct api  v_return_status : U
Printing  iby_ext_bankacct_pub.create_ext_bank_acct api out variable acct id : 
 ORA-00942: table or view does not exist in Package IBY_EXT_BANKACCT_PUB Procedure overloaded create_ext_bank_acct 
in account api creation exceptionORA-00942: table or view does not exist in Package IBY_EXT_BANKACCT_PUB Procedure overloaded create_ext_bank_acct
