Provisioning Solaris 11 Time out- WARNING: svccfg apply /etc/svc/profile/site failed

Hello Everyone,

I had have many troubles trying to provisioning Solaris 11.1 through OpsCenter 12g update 3,

The last issue is as follow:

In opscenter update 3 only saids:

    Task   : Monitor OS Installation

    Task Run ID : 275

    Target : 192.168.10.11

    Status : FAILED

    Result : Task timed out after 180 mins. :  Timed Out

    Logs   :

        05/13/2013 09:24:49 PM COT INFO Task is posted to the Proxy Controller (lab021-ap-26adf665), from the Enterprise Controller. (15011)

        05/13/2013 09:24:54 PM COT INFO Task is received by the Proxy Controller. (15012)

        05/13/2013 09:24:54 PM COT INFO Monitoring OS Installation...

        05/14/2013 12:24:59 AM COT INFO Task is not completed within the timeout value of 180 minutes.

In the console of the provisioned server appears the following at the first boot (then OPS Center fails with a timeout):
