Rollback both GI and RDBMS from 11.2.0.3.5 to 11.2.0.3.1

Hi,
We are a  2 nodes RAC cluster in Linux 5.8 . Both GI and RAC are running  in 11.2.0.3.5 for a couple of months now.

Is it possible to roll them back to 11.2.0.3.0 ?
