When the user is trying to lot-serial # to receive the unit user is getting "invalid Serial Number"

Hi Experts,

I checked this issue with the serial number. The state is showing 'Resides in store' and status active and it is in  Finished Goods(FG INV) subinventory. Checked in transaction and found that only one transaction happened in last january for WIP process.

I was trying to do miscelleneous issue for this serial number as it was not shipped to the customer. But for this process it is showing, available quantity is zero and on-hand quantity is 1. So i am unable to do that. Please help and suggest how should i proceed with this case.
