trying to avoid patching conflict with 12983005

Hi,
We are a 3 nodes cluster on Linux 5.6.
During our patching with 14727347 to bring our GI and RAC to 11.2.0.3.5, we got the problem of ACFS-9459.

Oracle Suggest to use patch 12983005 instead of 14727347 to go to 11.2.0.3.5
But after looking in different post in the community, it seems patch can cause some patching conflict later on.

So I am looking to patch to 11.2.0.3.6, directly from 11.2.0.3.1, both for avoiding ACFS-9459 and avoiding possible patching conflict caused by 12983005

Do anybody have the experience of patching to 11.2.0.3.6 with patch 16056266 and get caught with ACFS-9459 ?
