Missing Concurrent Request Stages

Hi.
We have a custom concurrent request set that runs fine ...

However, when I go to display the stages, nothing is showing up.

What I don't get is how can it run fine without being able to display the program ?

I regenerated all the FND forms and recreated the APPS synonyms without success ....

Thoughts ?
