Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how can back order or cancel partial sales order line when pcik confirmed

hi

when order pick released,we can back order one of the sales order line by back order function.

but when pick confirmed,how can back order or cancel one of the sales order line ?if i donot want ship all.

now ,i can use the ship confirm form function to back order all the sale order ,but i donot want to back all,only to back one of the lines,

how to resolve the problem?
