Adjustment type lov

Hi

We've got the following problem:

When creating new organisation-specific adjustment type, the “Adjustment Type” LOV does not contain option of “Increase Committed Amount” or “Increase Committed and Earned Amount”

Path: Oracle Channel Revenue Management>Administration>Setup>Budget>Adjustment Types>Create

We've already looked at note 1350256.1

Any help will be appreciated.
