problem with excel-template - output is blank

Hello Oracle-Community,

We have a problem using our uploaded Excel templates. When we try to fill them with data from our SQL statement or another data Source,
the downloaded Excel file is just empty (neither data nor things from the template) and has the name of the BI-Publisher folder.
Before the file opens there is an errormessage:
'The file you are trying to open, '... .xls',
is in a differnet format than specified by the file extension.
Vertify that the file is not corrupted and is from a trusted source before opening the file. Do you want to open the file now? Yes/No/Help'
