Issue downloading reports as csv files from CRMOD

This one is new

I usually download reports from CRMOD as a csv file.

Up until a month ago this worked well. The data would be correctly formatted in individual columns when I opened the csv file in excel.

Lately, though, something strange has happened. All of the data now appears in one excel column, which is file, except that when using the text to column function the data does not appear in the right columns

The csv file usually contains text with comma's enclosed within double quotes e.g. "sample, text". Which worked file until a month ago.
