Get F0005 Discription

Dear All
I have data from F4101 (Item Master) -> SRP4
than from SRP4 (F4101) want to get description on F0005 with UDC 41/S1
But I fail to fetch it. I was do :
            Product Code (F0005) = rpt_ProductCode
            User Defined Codes (F0005) = rpt_UserDefineCodes
            User Defined Code (F0005) = SRP1 (F4101)

I think couse diferent format User Defined Code (F0005) with SRP1 (F4101)

Any success to solve it or any business function ?
