Reslassification on RPM side

 Hello Colleagues. 
Please help me to clarify one issue: 

After item reclassified from one dept to another, rpm_future_retail, rpm_promo_item_loc_expl tables updated with new dept value correctly. 

But in rpm_item_loc table we have old dept value for this item, and sometimes, for different locations same item has old and new dept value. 

In this case we have issue in RPM, that item which was moved to another dept can not be used in price events, cause RPM think that it is not ranged to any location (cause in rpm_item_loc table dept is not updated).
