Popup applet not shown in OpenUI ("Promotion - Broken Component Commitment Error")

Hello,

when I try to disconnect promotion (Account/ Installed Asset/Disconnect) from Siebel eCommunications (HI UI):
1. I get: "Change Order Due Date Popup Applet"
2. I click "Continue"
3. "Change Order Due Date Popup Applet" is closed
4. I get: "Message" applet with message: A commitment has been broken for promotion component ‘[Prod Prom Name]’. Customer must keep this product until [Commitment End Date] or pay a penalty of [Penalty].

But when I try do the same from Siebel eCommunications (Open UI):
1. I get: "Change Order Due Date Popup Applet"
2. I click "Continue"
3. "Change Order Due Date Popup Applet" is closed
