Why system is generating the Delinquency Notice even when a promise of payment is set to future date? For example:

Run R03B525 to generate a delinquency notice to the customer on Apr 25.
Create a promise to pay for client via P03B31 on May 5.
Run R03B525 again on May 1st, and generates the notice again.
