GL Daily Rates Form

Hi
some of our users are not able to see all rate types in the LOV in the gl daily rates form. Other users with the same responsibility are able to see all rate types in the LOV in the gl daily rates form.All users can see all rate types in the currency manager html page. Any ideas what may be causing this issue?
