PAY: Usage of Error Account

Hi

Can some one clarify the purpose & usage of the 'Error Account' in the Organizational Payment Method' form in Payroll.

There is no documentation with reference to the same in the documentation and not sure if the error account configured here will handle payroll processing errors or reconciliation errors.
