The Customer Portal Experience Team has partnered with Oracle University to release the complimentary My Oracle Support Training on Demand (ToD) course for our customer portal users. Dave Muirhead, Sr. Director My Oracle Support Customer Advocacy and My Oracle Support expert takes the learner on a guided tour of the features and functionality of our powerful support portal through an online classroom-like experience. This course allows customers the opportunity to experience the ToD format at no extra cost while learning how to get the most from My Oracle Support. Any customer, partner, or employee with a Single Sign-On account can access the My Oracle Support ToD course by following the activation link.
